Refund policy
(1) Our Trading Terms are 7 days from date of invoice
(2) Accounts outside our trading terms will be handed to our Collection Agency and costs will be
incurred
(3) Goods are subject to returns or refunds only within a 14-day period from the purchase date.
(4) Goods should be in the same condition in case of a return and any cut or altered goods will NOT be processed for return/refunds
(5) A 2% Overdue fee will be incurred

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been cut, installed, or modified.
Custom or made-to-order items.
Items damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse after delivery.

Customers are responsible for:
Returning the goods in person or arranging suitable transport.
Covering all return shipping and handling costs.
A 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Supporting photos and a detailed description must be provided. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
